Automatic gluing function

When there is a lack of rubber granules in the rubber box, the rubber granules can be automatically sucked into the rubber box. Reduce manual operation to avoid unnecessary waste and high temperature risk caused by manual operation.

End trimming

Precision linear guide structure, can cut the end of the minimum 4cm plate. Two 0.37kw motors, frequency 200hz, speed: 12000rpm. Equipped with motor manual rotation device for Angle adjustment for cutting out excess front and rear end film. Automatic tracking by mold and high frequency electrode fast cutting mechanism to ensure smooth cutting surface.

Pneumatic double fine trimming

According to the thickness of the edge tape automatic switch, used to repair processing plate edge sealing strip up and down the excess part of the edge sealing material, to ensure that the upper and lower parts of the trimming plate smooth.

Four-knife profiling device

Cleaning device

Double motorizing polishing
